Well, when I see this kind of report, I sometimes get confused. On the one hand, I feel that it is waste of money. After all, school is the best place for increasing literacy. On the other hand, this project is targeted for women who did not go to school. Anyway, the reality is that female literacy rate in Pakistan is extremely low. So, any effort is a good one.
