Lahore: An authentic movie on sports

Debutant director, Sanjay Puransingh Chauhan’s movie, Lahore, will be released in theatres on March 19, 2010. Not too many authentic sports movies have been made in Bollywood. Shah Rukh Khan starrer Chak De India, a movie on Indian hockey, become very successful. Lahore tells the story of a kick-boxer and his struggle. The story revolves around the rivalry between Pakistan and India. For a long time, Pakistan and India are not only political rivals but the two countries have been facing fiercely each other in the sports arena. For example, in cricket and hockey whenever the teams of Pakistan and India meets people become very excited. It is not just a match.

Lahore tells the story of a sportsmanship and struggle. The movie stars many famous Bollywood actors and newbie actors as well. Lahore is the last movie of famous Bollywood actor, Nirmal Pandey. Overall Lahore is going to be a hard hitting movie for which the Indian audience has been waiting for a long time. The movie has many good action sequences. Will Lahore a become successful movie?

Piyush Mishra’s debut movie, Lahore already won several awards including Best Feature Film Jury’s Award at the 42nd World Festival held at Houston. Lahore also won award in the most aspiring filmmaker category at International Filmmaker Festival held in UK. It also won best actor awards at Salento International Film Festival in Italy; Best actor award at the Tenerife International Film Festival in UK; and six nominations including Best Picture and Best Director at Asian Fest of First Film in Singapore.

Lahore is an authentic sports movie based on the sports of kick boxing. The movie is produced by Sai Om Films Pvt. Ltd and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures. The movie stars some of the top actors in Bollywood such as Farouque Shaikh, Nafisa Ali, late Nirmal Pandey, Sushant Signh, Sabyasachi Chakravarthy, Ashish Vidyarthi, Kelly Dorji, Mukesh Rishi, Jeeva and Shraddha Nigam. The movie also stars two new actors Aanaahad and Shraddha. Lahore is the first movie of director Sanjay Puransingh Chauhan. He, along with Piyush Mishra, also wrote the script of the movie. The movie was shot in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Lonavala, Malaysia and at Lahore, Pakistan. Rob Miller who worked in another hit Indian movie on sports, Chak De! India in 2007, also worked as a consultant for this movie. Lahore tells the story of the spirit of the sportsmanship and honor of sports. It is going to hit the theatres on March 19, 2010. Raja Chaudhary caught cheating on camera

Bhojpuri actor, Raja Chaudhary, had been caught making an indecent proposal on camera. Raja Chaudhary is the ex-husband of popular actress, Shweta Tiwari. Shweta Tiwari and Raja Chahudhary got married in 1999. The couple had a daughter and they got divorced in 2007. Currently, Raja Chaudhary is having a live-in relationship with an aspiring actress, Shradha Sharma. Despite being warned by her friends and ex-wife Shweta Tiwari, Shradha was very much interested to take it to the next level with Raja Chaudhary.

To make sure whether Raja Chaudhary is committed to the relationship, Shradha Sharma approached “Emotional Atyachar,” a show broadcast by Color Hindi TV entertainment channel. The show finds out whether one’s partner is truthful to her or not. To test Raja’s loyalty, “Emotional Atyachar” sent two of its agents- Aasma and Debbie to Raja. In their very first meeting, Raja took Aasma to a house and tried to get up close with her. Later, he even tried to get close with the other Emotional Atyachar agent, Debbie. The entire incident was recorded on hidden camera.

Shradha had been watching the entire thing on camera and became very upset. She demanded an explanation from Raja who was stood dumbstruck.
